1. Standard Return Window

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned, including:
    • Diapers and feminine care products once the packaging is opened or if the product has been used.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unopened
    • In the original packaging
    • With all accessories and labels intact
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, MOLLIS will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for return
  • Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to MOLLIS reasons (e.g., product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items), MOLLIS will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
