How long can I wear them?
Wear time depends on your flow.
For heavy days or overnight use, change every 4–6 hours.
For lighter flow, they may be worn up to 8 hours.
Avoid extended wear beyond 8 hours for hygiene.
Can I sleep in them?
Yes. They are designed with an extended absorbent core and leak guards to help provide reliable overnight protection in different sleeping positions.
Replace in the morning for best hygiene.
Will they leak?
When worn in the correct size and changed regularly, they are designed to help reduce side and back leakage.
Make sure the inner leak guards are fully unfolded before use.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our size chart and select based on your waist and hip measurements.
A proper fit helps reduce shifting and improve leak protection.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
